The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious

The rebrand comes four years after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– gotten homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE obtained complete control of Industrious in January 2025.

” Establishing an one global brand links our team and participants all over the core values that have always defined us: premium hospitality, lovely layout, and a real sense of belonging,” includes Gentry Long, president of Industrious.

The Great Room also presently runs 2 areas in Sydney, Australia; 2 in Bangkok, Thailand; and just one in Hong Kong.

The three brand-new places schedule to begin in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Road, Shaw Tower on Beach Roadway, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.

The Great Room currently runs 7 places in Singapore, including workspaces at One George Road in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Roadway, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Road.

Grand Dunman floor plan

” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the same idea that work should really feel human,” claims Su Anne Mi, handling supervisor for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That theory is what specified The Great Room across Apac, and it continues under the Industrious label.”

The step will unify Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) locations, previously running under The Great Room, right into its global network, the company claimed in a June 17 release.

Properties following hospitality-led workplace dealer The Great Room– covering Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– will operate under the Industrious label, effective July 1.

Productive plans to expand its Apac folder by more than 50% over the following year, including the starting of three brand-new areas in Singapore this year. The pipeline is part of a broader worldwide expansion, with the company aiming to open more than 60 brand-new locations worldwide in 2026.
