Hilton to debut eight luxury and lifestyle hotel brands across Asia Pacific
Global hospitality group Hilton is set to debut 8 brand names under its luxury and lifestyle sector across different Asia Pacific (Apac) markets this year. In an April 27 announcement, the team said beyond 15 openings are planned for the area under this sector in 2026.
The brand-new lodgings will include in Hilton’s remaining collection of over 170 deluxe and lifestyle hotels that are currently operational in Apac, taking it nearer to its target of surpassing 250 hotel and resorts in the coming years.
2 of the labels building their coming out are completely brand-new to the Apac region: NoMad and Signia by Hilton. In May 2025, Hilton was assigned by UOL Group to handle NoMad Hilton Singapore, a 173-key hotel at the former Faber House spot around Orchard Roadway. According to UOL Group’s annual report published in very early April, the hotel is scheduled to start in the 2nd half of 2026.
Meanwhile, Signia by Hilton Tainan, positioned in Taiwan, is a 344-key property readied to launch in July this year. The opening of NoMad Singapore and Signia by Hilton Tainan will carry Hilton’s complete exposure in Apac to 16 brands– more than half of its 27-brand portfolio.
“Asia Pacific remains a strong development engine for Hilton, and this most recent wave of label entries mirrors the solid need we are viewing from owners for distinguished, high-performing labels,” states Alan Watts, head of Hilton, Asia Pacific.
More than the brand released, Hilton has also authorized a number of other brand-new properties across its luxury and lifestyle labels this year. These include two brand new LXR Hotels & Resorts properties in Japan’s Tokyo and Hakone Gora, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Chiang Mai, and a Waldorf Astoria hotel in Goa, India.
