Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore
The residence is Weave Living’s first pet-friendly area in Singapore and delivers amenities on-site including a resort-style swimming pool, gym, bbq pit, and a family-friendly park.
The property is located within 10 mins’ walk of Marine Parade MRT Terminal on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also close to entertainment and lifestyle centers such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.

Services at Weave Suites– Hillside contain a health club, yoga workshop, outdoor terraces, and open-concept lounges. There are even co-working spots, private meeting spaces, and entertainment areas finished with a recreation rooms, karaoke studio, and a theatrette.
Weave Suites – Hillside is set to debut in March with commencing costs from $199 per night with a minimal six-night stay or $4,480 each month.
Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living now has 3 properties in Singapore. Its very first is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key real estate on Jalan Sultan, that opened in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had jointly gotten the property, formerly known as Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.

The home was previously referred to as Citadines Mount Sophia. A mutual enterprise comprising Weave Living and global asset manager Blackrock purchased the real estate in February last year for $148 million.
The building lies near Orchard Road. It is also within walking range of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Terminals, providing connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.
