MCL Land and CSC Land Group to preview Elta on Feb 7 with prices from $1.158 mil

MCL Land and CSC Land Group are set to unveil Elta, a 501-unit non commercial development located in Clementi. The residence is going to open for preview from Feb 7, with public sales to release on Feb 22.

Elta is schedule to get its temporary occupation license in 2028.
