Fraser Property’s landmark integrated development One Bangkok to open doors on Oct 25

One Bangkok, an incorporated development situated in the Bangkok Central Business District, is scheduled to start its entry ways to the general public on Oct 25. The project is built by TCC Assets, a branch of Thai corporation TCC Group, and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand), a unit within Singapore-listed Frasers Property. According to the property developers, One Bangkok has an investment value of US$ 3.2 billion ($4.17 billion), making it one of Thailand’s most extensive private sector projects.
