CBRE acquires Singapore-based sustainability advisory firm Paia Consulting

Carrie Johnson started Paia Consulting and is its starting executive. She has more than 20 years of knowledge in sustainability technique, reporting, and environmental matters. Corrado Forcellati, Paia Consulting’s supervising executive from 2021, assists firms in Singapore and Southeast Asia incorporate sustainability within their company procedures.

Supporting the procurement, the firm will be relabelled Paia from CBRE, and the employee will be integrated with CBRE’s presenting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) consulting and sustainability programs team. Johnson will be the top specialist following the combined entity, whilst Forcellati will be the new director of customer sustainability technique and services.

Moray Armstrong, handling supervisor of CBRE Singapore, says the intro of Paia’s features will put CBRE at the leading edge of ESG advisory in Singapore and across Asia Pacific. “Our specialists will partner with customers on reporting, education, conformity, benchmarking, establishing, and implementing ESG strategies. CBRE will positively impact the built setting.”

In June, United Overseas Bank and Enterprise Singapore launched a sustainability advising program for SMEs, in collaboration with Paia Consulting, CDP, Convene ESG, M1, PwC Singapore and TÜV SÜD.
